About Us
Serving the Rainy River District for over 40 years, Pat Pacarenuk has made a mark in the aggregates, road building, construction, towing and repair businesses. Originally based in Emo, Pat started out repairing trucks in the 1970's. He started buying his own trucks and equipment, repairing wrecks, and towing. For 20 years Devlin Auto and sister company Rolling Lake took care of the winter and summer highway maintenance. They have now branched out to private roadbuilding and the production and delivery of aggregates.
